Customer service and technicians are always courteous and professional. I have had them replace old hardware, fix the opener, and perform yearly tuneups. They show up on time, and always fix any problem I may be having. I will continue to use them for any garage door work. I highly recommend them.

I just had the most pleasant experience with Joshua Williams from DGD. He came to look at my screen door that I have had for five years and had many issues. We chatted awhile about what would be better and we were able to work out a replacement screen. He was very low key, no pressure, extremely personable, and very helpful, answering all my questions. Doing business with him was very easy and I would not hesitate recommending him to others pertaining to garage doors and screens.

John did an excellent servicing the garage door. He was very courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend him and DGD.

Bryon and Collin both did an excellent job in helping to fix my problem with my garage door opener. After trying to repair it with part I got from Genie they had to replace the opener with a new one.

After twenty years my Chamberlin Garage Door Opener was failing. I called DGD Garage Doors to begin a premptive strike/maintenance. The technician (Mina Yousef) provided me with three options and I chose the most expensive and ended up with what I would call a brand new door! All moving parts were replaced. A new controller with WiFi that I can watch the view insided my garage on my iPhone was installed . I'm now good for another twenty years - or longer. 100% satisfied with the product and the service!!!! 🙂

I just had service from DGD with Anthony A, the team member, providing the service to our garage door. He explained to me what needed to be done, and he quickly completed the needed repair. Our door has never been so quiet!

It is reassuring to have an email with picture of your technician ahead of time. Pouring down rain did not stop Jimmy. He completed work in about an hour, very professional. Do not hesitate to use DGD for garage door repair.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday with our golf cart inside. We called DGD but they said nobody was available until 4pm and we had dinner plans at 5pm. Then Anthony texts us to say no problem, he would be here shortly. He was courteous, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. He explained what happened and also how to change our touch pad code. Best of all, he finished in time for us to meet our friends for dinner. Way to go Anthony and and DGD!

Springs broke on garage door at 5:30 PM Friday night. Never thought I could get it repaired so quick. Called DGD and they were here at 6:30. Door fixed, good price, excellent service man. Would highly recommend them.

They did not try to push me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with or didn’t need, and made sure I understood my new system. I would highly, highly recommend these two for anyone’s garage services.
