Douglas did great job on my garage door. He is very nice and very professional though the entire process. The repair was completed efficiently and the price was quite fair. I highly recommend Douglas to anyone in need of garage door service. Thank you for a great service experience!

They came within 2 days to fix our garage door opener. The tech Chris M. was on time, very courteous, and knew what he was doing. They also had sent me a text with his picture and information about him before he arrived. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Very professional young man came out and repaired my door in the bad weather. Explained everything that he needed to do and also what needs to be done in the future

On time for appointment. Through exam of problem, reasonable analysis of problem, solution to problem. All done in a timely and professional manner.

DGD was at my house yesterday on a Saturday and his price and work was wonderful. If you need a good job done call and ask for Chris Crawford he does wonderful work and explains what he has done and treat you like family. He did a wonderful job with a wonderful price. Plus he even tells you if you don't like the price he would leave and not expect any money for coming to give you a quote. Well he gave me a quote and l told him yes please do the job. Well he finished the job not like a lot of other companies they charge you to come give you a quote and then tell you he'll have to come back to do the job. He gave me a quote and I agree and he did the job the same day. Thanks Chris for the wonderful job you did. I will recommend you to anyone thats looking to have a garage door or even have their garage door repair.

Very cooperative technician

Eric came explained all my choices and options and showed photos on the options and we agreed on the one that was right for me. He was great very nice and pleasant. While he was measuring the opening we had a few laughs. Than I got the opportunity doing with Christin in the office she was outstanding. The whole experience was why I picked DGD for my project. John H. Just completed our check up on our two garage doors. He was polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Highly would recommend..

Oh well you know how things happen every 6 months, well about six seven months ago I had my garage door springs broke so the guy told me he had to change both they have a $600 it's like that's the going visit now almost $600 but I got John today that came over and laid out what I need it but was really wrong took time to show me everything explained everything to me and gave me the best price that he can give even call the boys to make sure he gave me the best price that he could give honest well-mannered good guy. Laugh my garage door motor my linear took the old one put a newer model and gave me a 10-year warranty he also threw in the springs that the other guy put on with a 1-year warranty put a 10-year warranty on it so if you have garage door problems probably with you I asked for John to come and pay your visit at DGD. He'll get you squared away. Give him a A.

Doug arrived on time. He ID himself, he was professional and courtesy. I explained the issue. He explained in detail, the plan for correcting the issue. He promptly started to work. After the completion of the work. He explained the steps he had taken. I was given an opportunity for questions. Thanks for the excellent service

Bryan was very good and explained everything at the end of the install. He set up the remotes and helped me program the keypad and the home link in our SUV. Would recommend DGD and Bryan specifically.

Fantastic experience. My garage door was stuck open and Chris from DGD was at my house in a couple hours. Not only was he there quickly but he went above and beyond with fixing the problem. Chris was extremely kind and knowledgeable and explained the service thoroughly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend DGD and they will be my first call for any repairs or maintenance I need going forward.

I just had a garage door company out who did a poor job no need for names. I contacted d garage door and they were out with in 24-48 hours the gentleman was very professional and did a great job maintaining my garage door I am very pleased with his work I just wish I could remember his name but thank you for doing an excellent job 😀
