Anyone who has ever bought a home knows that there's always something to fix, upgrade, or update. It’s like an endless game of “what can go wrong next?” Over the past year, we’ve been playing this fun little game, piece by piece. Buying new windows and sliding doors from Pella was a horror movie in three acts and made me want to avoid big-ticket items like a cat avoids water. But with a 12-month-old and a new baby due in two weeks, it was time to face the music and fix our garage doors. A friend recommended DGD Garage Doors, and boy oh boy, was that the best recommendation! Their price was much lower than the quote we got from another company six months ago, and Mina got started faster than you can say “garage door emergency.” No more rain-soaked sprints or sunburnt marches to get the kids in the car! Seriously, why didn’t we do this sooner? Mina was a true professional and beyond helpful. He even helped this 9-month preggo momma program the remotes, my car, and set up the app—all with a smile in the scorching Florida 95-degree heat. The man’s a rockstar. He got the job done quickly, and it looks like I’m finally going to live the life of luxury—no more braving Florida's unpredictable weather just to get to my car.

Arrived early, fixed garage door in reasonable time. Explained everything I had questions about. Would call if I need service again.

Rapid response to my garage door problem. Technician arrived on time and listened to my description of my problem. He thoroughly evaluated the functioning (or non-functiining) of my door and power opener. He gave me options at different price points to select my repair. The repair i agreed to was done quickly and professionally. I was pleased with the repair and reasonable price.

Bryon and Doug were awesome. Called before they arrived as he said he would. Explained what the issue was and did an excellent job repairing. Cleaned up too.

DGD (John H)did a great job on my maintenance today and gave several suggestions along with quotes if I choose to followup.

Brandon Collins was our technician. He did a great job walking me through how to do some maintenance on my own to my door and then he resolved the issues. Excellent service.

I truly thought my garage door was shot until John arrived. He had listened to my call in message and was prepared for the worst. However, within ten minutes we both agreed it was able to be repaired. We reviewed some options and he went to work. Almost three hours later the door was repaired and I was a very happy customer. Thank you John. Great job. Highly recommend.

Discount Garage Doors was the first place I called when one of the 10ft doors stopped operating. The tech new exactly what was wrong with the Genie Lift before he even opened it up. Knowledgeable, on time and reasonably priced.

We were provided Excellent Service, at a great PRICE. The Tech was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. He had all the materials and tools (including rod spring pipe cutting equipment) to Hurricane proof our 16" Garage door. He worked up and provided us, with a cost estimate, and made sure we knew the total payment amount and warranty coverage, before he started. The technician was outgoing, trustworthy, and very personable. He went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable that we had chosen the right company, to help protect our home.
