Bryon and Randy came out about 3 hours after I called the shop and had the new opener, springs, rollers and center bearing installed within 2 hours. They were both awesome to speak with and knocked out the job professionally. Highly recommend these guys if you need garage door service.

After a storm, the garage door would not open using the controls. Resetting circuit breaker & nearby electric outlet did not fix it. DGD could not find the problem & left. Frustrated & a day later, I searched for the cause and found another electric outlet in garage that had a reset button and nothing plugged into it. Pressed reset and problem solved. I share so DGD & home owners might think to check for more & 'unrelated' outlets. DGD staff was professional and I would call them again if needed as well as recommend them.

From the office to the field technicians, all were above board in their actions. I highly recommend their services in new installation, service, and repairs. We were back up and running in no time after the initial call for repairs/services

We had an older opener as well but it still worked and Chris advised us it didn’t need replacing. His honesty is rare and paramount, we would definitely recommend him to our family and friends. We called the day before and told them our problem. She fit us in between 5pm and 8pm the following night. He was here around 3. He told us what was wrong, gave us a estimate and very reasonable. He had it fixed within a hour. All problems were solved. Very professional in his job. We have used this company 2 times before this in the 8yrs we have been here. We will be using them in the future if needed. Highly recommend this business.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed my garage door and same day fixed my neighbors garage door.

Price was fair and I could not believe how quickly he got it done in this heat!

First, I would like to say I called DGD after 1 pm and they came to fix my door after 5 pm as they stated. I so appreciated them coming because I could not get the door to close. Chris came and then went to get the necessary parts to fix the door and did a great job. He was professional, informative and my door works better than before. I would recommend DGD for any issue with garage doors!!!

Great job on.short notice during a tropical storm. Fixed the problem and found and replaced frayed cables unrelated to original call.
