I've gotten all of my piercings as a walk-in, and they've been super kind and efficient every time! The space is clean, they're fast, and I will definitely recommend their piercing staff personally.

First time coming to the shop in Matthews! It was a great experience. I got my septum pierced by Mari and she did a smiley for my sister. She was so sweet! She was super comforting and so so kind. She was quick and efficient and it was surprisingly painless. She took her time with both of us from start to finish. The whole vibe was super welcoming and chill, she was very knowledgeable and I love that for safety reasons but also knowing you can trust their opinion! There are times with that you just want general solid advice from a professional. Super clean, super nice, well informed, well trained, efficient, and practiced. 10/10 recommend this place and Mari for any piercings beginner or advanced! I will be going back.

Alexis at Concord Mills did a great job piercing my lobes. Very clean and aestheticly pleasing shop. I've also had my septum pierced at one of their locations and it was equally clean and quick.

Diego did mine and my Husband's tattoos. He did an amazing job. We I'll gladly travel to Charlotte again to have him do more.

Great customer service and skilled tattoo artists! My wife and I heard of Black Cloud and decided to visit during a trip to the area. We already had our idea for tattoos but was a combination of 2 different pictures meshed together. Diego was the artist who took on our idea and worked with us to get the image just right. Very satisfied with the experience. Definitely worth a return visit!

Mari was great! Patient, knowledgeable, and pierced my ear and nose as a walk-in. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I have some more tattoos planned, and I’ll be coming back to this location, the friendliness of the service says a lot about the business.

VNA, the store manager was very informative and professional. I’ve gotten a couple piercings here and will continue doing so if I want any more piercings done in the future. Highly regiment this cute location.
