My tattoo artist was very professional. I was A bit apprehensive about getting a second piercing. She made me feel at ease because I could see that she knew exactly what she was doing. I apologize for not remembering her name. She was African-American, young and very articulate. I hope she will receive the recognition she deserves. Service: Ear piercing

“I went with my mother here for a piercing and I am in love. They will show you good earring selection to choose from, Titanium Gold Silver., Amanda was so sweet when I was doing my piercing. Made me laugh and I was so happy the way the piercing came out. The service there was great, keeping the place clean and making sure customer are happy and laughing. I would definitely go there again!

My daughter got a Medusa piercing and once again everyone was pleasant and helpful. We are always happy with the service, the quality, and the techniques of the piercers. They are always professional and helpful. The definitely are knowledgeable and take care of their customers. Will return We have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀
