The girls were very helpful and answered all my questions but it was a little pricey to get both ear’s pierced. Services: Piercings, Ear piercing

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value July 2022 - Went for nose piercings with my daughter for her birthday. Showed up about 40 minutes before close on a Sunday, and eere treated with respect and felt like the staff was glad we were there. We were taken back quickly and the nose piercings were quick and only hurt for a few seconds. After care was thoroughly explained and checkout was smooth. All around good experience, as we expected from our last visit. Will continue to go to Black Cloud for our piercings!

Visited the shop with my kids. Both decided to get pierced, initially wasn’t completely satisfied it was closing time and felt kind of rushed wasn’t given details regarding healing process or aftercare. Partially our fault for agreeing at that time. Returned the next day with questions regarding the piercings and Destinee was there this time. She made the experience completely worth it. She made corrections to the jewelry and answered all our questions. Even ended up getting another piercing from her. Definitely recommend Destinee for piercings! Service: Piercings

Emma was very nice and fun to talk to, as well as the other staff members! I was in an out of there in no time while enjoying our conversation about Kuromi xD. 10/10 would recommend this parlor to everyone.

I went on Saturday and service was friendly and quick, Dennis did my third ear piercing and he was really professional and calm, he took his time to make sure, I felt comfortable.

Gabby does absolutely amazing work. She’s detailed, down to the placement! She’s done three of my tattoos now, and each one has become a favorite of mine! Would definitely recommend paying her a visit if you’re looking to get something done!! Shop is very clean and I’ve had nice interactions with everyone there when I visit.
