me know exactly what time he would arrive and he was on time. Great customer service right from the start of talking with a representative on the phone at the store to the installation and cleanup. Jacob was very personable, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and that I was pleased with the service. I've used them before and will use them again. Highly recommended.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I used them to re-key the locks of a new home. Jacob the lock smith arrived on-time and took care of the issue quickly. He was efficient and quick. He also provided me with the reequired keys and asked me to reach out in case of any issues. It was an A-1 experience and I will definitely use em again. cheers SP

I highly recommend AJ Locksmith! They were very professional from the phone call to the service provided. They were able to come out the next day and gave me a heads up to let me know they were arriving at our scheduled time. Jacob went above and beyond to help me with my issue. He was very kind, pleasant, and professional. He arrived with his mask on, listened to my problem, and gave me a quote. They were able to apply a special discount for the service and that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely use their service again and Jacob would be my guy!
