Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality I was very impressed with AJ Locksmith. Unfortunately I had lost the keys to a padlock on my gate and was unable to open the lock on my own. I got in touch with Joey from AJ Locksmith and he answered all of my questions promptly and was able to get a technician out to my home the same day. The technician called me and gave me an estimate on when he would arrive. He showed up ten minutes early! Before he did anything he went over the estimated costs and let me know what factors may cause the price to rise. He picked the lock in a couple of minutes and that was that. Hopefully I don't need to use their services again, but if I do I will definitely contact AJ Locksmith first!

Joey was great! My storage lock was not an easy one to remove. He kept working until the job was done! Quick, and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Jacob was fast and efficient while also being courteous during service. overall I would recommend AJ Locksmith as they came to me within 20 minutes of my call and are very reasonably priced

Joey was prompt with timing and very pleasant. He installed my front door handle and explained the lock system. Pricing was good and I would recommend him for service.

Jacob came to our home this morning and was very professional.

Jacob arrived on time and took care of our problem in a very timely manner. He explained the charges up front and charged us a fair price. Overall great experience.

Jacob came out twice to rescue us. We have a beautiful Anderson storm door with beveled glass installed in 1985 and the lock died on it on Halloween night.so we found ourselves a lot in our home at the front door until AJ locksmith sent Jacob out to get it open for us which he did very quickly to my delight. When I chose to order the part they offered to come back and install it for me with no additional trip fee. Jacob called ahead to let me know when I should expect him. He was prompt, polite and very quick. I found their services to be very affordable and I will definitely use them again!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I called AJ Locksmith to re-key my doors after someone stole my purse with my house keys. They were able to come that very afternoon. David was the tech who came. He was on time, professional and was able to fix another problem with one of the locks while he was here. Changed 8 locks quickly and efficiently. Very friendly too. I would recommend this company to anyone.
