Yoo! I just started going here like November and I won’t lie, the place is really nice and coach Bahareh makes my experience even better! She is so patient and understanding. She takes her time with me and always has a smile on her face. She even helps me with my diet as well! She’s also like my alarm clock always reminding me of my sessions. I will totally recommend coach Bahareh and shape fitness to anyone I know.

When I visited to discover what they have for facilities and the membership costs, the person at the desk showed me around and gave me material to help determine what I would decide. Very friendly and helpful. On a second discovery visit, someone escorted me around and then explained the many benefits there to fill my specific needs. Very flexible terms.

Exceptional facility. Coed group fitness classes.

Shapes Westwood is a fantastic gym! Megan and the rest of the staff are always so friendly and welcoming the moment I walk in. The facility is very clean, and every visit has been a great experience. I train with Inna, and she’s been incredible—supportive, knowledgeable, and consistently positive. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed workouts at Shapes Pembina for many years. The instructors are wonderful and Sireen at the front desk always has a smile and greets me by name. I always feel welcome.

I’ve been coming to this gym for years and I have had nothing but good experiences with staff. Great environment!

Shapes Westwood is hands-down my favourite location! Every time I walk in, the staff are so welcoming and have become friends over time. I have to give a big shoutout to Megan, who does a fantastic job making every client feel cared for. Megan and the rest of the team always go above and beyond.. they’re a huge part of why I’ve never left this gym! I recently moved and now live closer to the Nairn and Henderson location, but I still make it a point to visit Westwood whenever I can because I just love it there. The equipment is always spotless, the staff are amazing, and the classes are so fun.. every instructor knows how to get the group moving and motivated! I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the St. James, Charleswood, or Headingley area!

Sireen is a most wonderful receptionist, such a delight to work with!!!!

I like the only women’s side because of anxiety of men for personal reasons. So now I can workout in peace.

Megan and Inna are amazing! Megan is so welcoming and helpful! Inna is the best trainer I’ve ever had! So positive, encouraging and makes the work outs fun! I go to this location to see these ladies!

Where do I begin!! Absolutely love, Westwood Shapes location. I love the fact that it is a smaller location and I had the pleasure to meet the wonderful ladies that attend the classes. The club offers a variety of classes and the instructors are second to none. Big shout out to Megan and the friendly staff. Megan is very professional and she goes above and beyond to help all ❤️❤️

Shivangi at Shapes is always so welcoming and friendly! She’s super helpful, professional, and makes checking in such a smooth experience. Great customer service every time!

I can’t say enough about how great the Shapes on Portage location is. I’ve been a member since 2023 and I’ve not only thoroughly enjoyed all the fitness classes offered but have also made life long friends with members and staff. You won’t go wrong with Shapes on Portage.
