Decent gym, relatively clean, nice changerooms, newer machines. My biggest issues are the front staff who are reluctant to help me every time i go. I buy a week pass every once in awhile and its always a big hassle because the girl who is usually working always doesnt know this or that, or doesnt have the power to do this etc... The mcphillips location is light years better in terms of staff and equipment. Also, organize the dumbells ffs

I just joined and have been really impressed so far. Megan has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made the sign‑up process easy and answered all my questions with so much patience and kindness. The gym itself is spotless every time I come in, which makes working out feel so much more comfortable. It’s always nice walking in and being greeted by everyone at the front. Excited to keep coming back!
