I highly recommend Shapes Portage Avenue (Westwood) to anyone looking for a great place to work out! The equipment is clean and well-maintained, and Megan (manager) and her staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating.

Megan, the current manager at the west location is amazing. She was a regular staff some years ago and has always been amazing with people regardless of her position. She is friendly , positive and always willing to provide a positive experience for clients. I do recommend this place when Megan is in charge of it.

I just wanted to share my personal journey with Celine! I’ve been training with her for just over 4 months now and I can honestly say I’ve seen such a huge difference in my physique, my confidence, and my mindset. Celine has become more than just a trainer to me, she’s like a big sister. She genuinely cares, she listens, and she always knows how to push me in the best way. She celebrates every win with me, keeps me accountable, and supports me both in and out of the gym. She’s incredibly positive, patient, and motivating, and she always makes our sessions fun while still challenging me to reach my goals. I’m so grateful to have her by my side and I wouldn’t want to train with anyone else! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results and real support. 🩷💪🏼
