Chairs and umbrella were set up in a great location, will definitely use them anytime we are at Carolina Beach.

We rented 2 umbrellas and 3 chairs. They came out and set everything up before we even got onto the beach each morning. The price was just right. The customer service was excellent. We will definitely use them again.

Our chairs were great quality and were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant to deal with, and we never had to lift a finger. Relaxation at its best!!!

Easy delivery, reasonable rates, and friendly staff! They even changed out my surfboard halfway through my rental because it had a crease in it. We will definitely use Pleasure Island rentals again if we return!

We rented bikes and were satisfied overall with the service. I recommend bringing your own helmets as they had very few, and none in my size. Also, if you plan to bike, time spent on reconnaissance is seldom wasted, so plan your bike route before you arrive.

Online booking process for surfboards was a little confusing as the site lists several models and sizes but you can’t select anything but a generic rental. Staff who handled call were helpful. Selection of boards for our weekly rental was a little thin but our pickup day was a Saturday so not surprising. We had poor waves/conditions all week and were delighted when we were allowed to bring the boards back Saturday morning instead of Friday night. This gave us a chance to catch an early morning low tide that offered the best surf of the week before heading home. Would rent again.

I loved having my chairs and umbrella set up for me everyday. It was super convenient and they always got me a good spot on the beach. I will be using this service again. Thank you!

Called someday for rental . They were prompt on setting up .

We had a quick and easy kayak rental. They delivered and picked up. We were going to rent an umbrella too, but it was a different department, and they didn’t deliver with the kayaks. So we ended up not getting an umbrella because it was a hassle. The kayaks were a breeze though.

We liked the bikes and the service. They had to be asked to sanitize the bIke’s before use.
