they are great to work with, reasonable prices and on time delivery

The price was great and the equipment was in great shape. I wish they had offered to help load the kayak. It was difficult to lift it and put it on my vehicle, especially in the wind that is always blowing. The delivery fee for going across the bridge was more than the rental itself so I didn't think that was to cool. I had a great time on my kayak trip so it was well worth the rental price.

Great customer service and rental equipment. Will definitely use again on our next visit

Had a amazing day at the beach rented a surfboard 🏄 and was not disappointed at all! Got a brand new board and leash. The employees where really nice and friendly. Will definitely be using them over and over!!

Pleasure Island rentals is located right near the beach which was perfect for me. I strapped a SUP and kayak on top of my car and drove them right into Freeman Park. The quality of the rental was great. The price was maybe a little high but it was worth it for how much fun we had.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking view, especially of sunrise. View from balcony and couch is fabulous.

We always rent their Umbrella and 2 chairs when we are there. only $30 a day.Customer service is Awesome. They always ask where u want it set up at and they set it up for you with in mins. Highly recommend

price was great. Rented a tandem kayak for the entire day and it was less than $55

All of the employees were very professional and helpful! The younger college students were very polite and willing to help in anyway. My dad and mom wanted to be on the beach but struggled to navigate the sand. The two young men that put the umbrella and chairs out each day were very willing to set them up wherever was best for my parents. Great experience!

The people at pleasure islands rentals were so friendly, polite-customer service 5stars. The umbrella service was great, so nice to know we’d have a spot on the beach everyday. The bikes were a 4 stars. We rented 4, one bike we couldn’t adjust the seat, one bike had a low tire so it was hard to ride and the helmets didn’t fit well. That being said, we didn’t contact them because we only used 2 bikes at a time, so we managed, we only rented for 3 days so we didn’t bother to call, but they were so nice, I’m sure they would have come out to fix! The delivery service was great, again such friendly people!
