Pleasure Island was super awesome to schedule our weekly bike rental with. They were so happy and chill over the phone we couldn't wait to get to Carolina Beach! Dropped off at our condo and picked up. Easy peezy. The bikes were in great condition and the included basket and lock was super helpful.

Rental was easy, chairs and umbrella were out on time and comfortable for the 10 minutes we used them before the rain came. Guess that's life at the beach, right? Will use PIR next time we come to CB.

Super easy and well worth it! Our umbrella was set up at 9 am before we got to the beach. They also offer to move the umbrella free of charge at any time.

We recently used Pleasure Island rentals while at Carolina beach last week. The person who took my reservation was super friendly and patient. It was an easy process and the included set up and take down of umbrellas and chairs was wonderful, we just showed up at the beach each morning to find it ready for us. Will definitely rent from them again if we come back next year. Sandra Master Silver Spring , MD

The property was right on the beach which was a big plus. The property was very clean but a little dated, which is why I only gave four stars ⭐️. The Bryant/Pleasure Island folks were exception in their service and by providing instructions at every phases of check in an out. They even let us check in early. It a very relaxing 😎 stay at the beach 🏖. We plan to do it again next year 😎😷

It was easy to rent our chairs online. The chairs and umbrellas were in place right where we needed them when we headed to the beach.

Staff was excellent to work with both from the office and delivery personnel. Chairs were delivered daily to the beach and the bikes we rented were great. Would highly recommend!
