all was good except one day the umbrellas weren't delivered. I called and they brought them. another day one of the umbrellas got picked up by a gust of wind and almost took out a family.

I love how they put the umbrellas and chairs out early. Don't like the 5 o'clock pickup. Our umbrella flew out of the ground. Hit my daughter in the head.She was holding her 3 mo th old baby. She still has a bump on her head almost 2 months later. The manager did call to check on her which was very nice.

Umbrellas and chairs were there every morning just as advertised. Will definitely use again. A+.

My family vacationed to Carolina Beach a week ago and used Pleasure Island Rentals for our umbrella rental for the week. It was wonderful to have the company deliver and pick up the chairs and umbrella everyday. The time frame 9:00am -5:00pm made for a great day at the beach. It was plenty of time to enjoy the water. Very reasonably priced and very friendly. Will be using them again for our trip back to the beach!

Great service and golf carts! This was our second year renting from them and haven't been disappointed.

Very friendly and easy phone call. Nice to just walk out to beach not lugging chairs and an umbrella. Will definitely use on our next trip!!

love Pleasure Island Rentals! They offer everything you’ll need while vacationing in CB. We have a large out of town family here every August and first place they go to is pleasure island rentals for bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, kayaks & everything in between…even been there to get my own bikes repaired! great knowledgeable staff & owner!

Things went as planned. The chairs, umbrellas, and tables we ordered were there and placed as requested. There were a couple of small tiny problems that were resolved or were not a big deal to us. 1 - On the first day day we had a slight problem in that our set up was not with another family. As we had requested in the notes. We called and they came right out and moved everything. So no worries. 2 - One table had a broken cap. So the top wobbled. 3 - One chair, one day, was broken where the lounge part connected/sat. Thus you couldn't properly attach the lounger. For #s 2 and 3. I'm sure they would replaced the broken pieces, but it would have been best if the equipment was just checked before it was put out.

We needed bikes for the week and pleasure island was great to work with. They delivered them to out rental house and picked them up at the end of the week. The people that interacted with were super friendly.

I’ve used this company several times over the past few years when in the greater Wilmington NC area. They are super nice to deal with, everything has always been set up when and where promised, and the convenience is absolutely worth the very reasonable price!
