Found out that the air conditioning in our rental went out mere hours before our arrival. Alexis went above and beyond to secure a last minute option on a peak weekend that was nicer than our first choice. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and genuine concern for our satisfaction.

I’m so glad we reserved chairs and bikes for our week at Carolina Beach. Our first day, we quickly realized we also needed an umbrella and was able to add that and they even brought it and set it up that day. Excellent service!

My family and I have vacationed at Carolina Beach for over 20 years. We have rented an umbrella from Pleasure Island Rentals for many of those years. They always show up and I've never had any issues with our umbrella. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. I would recommend their services.

100% recommend Pleasure Island Rentals. From the first call to confirmation to delivery to pickup, this business is spot on. Brian communicated all of the details from start to finish and the 3 bike rentals were in top notch shape and met our needs for exploring the area and getting some exercise.
