Super fast turnaround getting a tech out to my place after I emailed them (less than 24 hours). Tech was professional and quick, resolved our heating issue in about 30 minutes.

Excellent Service Sam was great! I received a text that a service tech would be arriving today per scheduled furnace maintenance. He arrived between the stated time and was very respectful of ones property. He was prompt and diligent at ensuring all parts of the furnace that needed to be maintained & adjusted. He fixed gas limiter spring to adjust gas flow. He was great going over what I needed to know and if I needed to monitor anything in particular. He left, job done, very clean. Great job, Sam! And have been with High Efficiency for almost 15 +years for both heating & air conditioning. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Thank you High Efficiency (HE) technician coming in today to perform all furnace-related checkup and maintenance. I am confident with HE and am at ease all the way because I know in advance what the tasks will be (a list of the jobs has been forwarded to me days ahead) and the technician kept me informed of what he did as his job rolled out and completed.

Liam was thorough with our annual furnace maintenance check and answered all of our questions. He laid out our options and made really helpful suggestions about how we could proceed with our aging furnace and also what to do with our A/C for an upcoming reno. We really appreciated his input. Weve used High Efficiency twice now and have been really pleased with the service.

Rana was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about my Heat Pump today. He was very patient and methodical and checked all systems before leaving. I would recommend his service to anyone. Today I had Sam service my Heat Pump. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend both Sam and High Efficiency for their prompt and professional service.
