"Excellent Post Sales Service!" Jason Bunjo was punctual and 'efficient' as in the company's name "High Efficiency." During the entire inspection and service maintenance, he explained what was being done and potential possible issues in the future. In addition, he also provided tips to optimize both AC and furnace efficiency. Finally before leaving, he said no problem contacting if I had questions about cooling & heating, just give him a a shout. Highly recommended!

Jason, a senior service technician with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating, performed an annual maintenance check on my AC. Since Covid-19 is making everyone take precautions, Jason was careful to keep his distance and wear a mask, despite the fact that we both had one vaccine. The adjustment he made to our A/C last year showed that his adjustment was perfect. As usual, he was very friendly and very professional and quick.

Jason is our tech go guy and always explains what he does and educates us on our system and we are happy with his work.

A loud noise was coming from my AC after running for a few hours and the noise disappear at random time. Harry from High Efficiency came and check out the issue on the same day. Harry is very skillful and thoroughly, he went though the system and tested each possible cause of the noise, although the noise disappeared when he arrived. After a few test and inspections, he finally found the mystery noise was causing by a failing cooling coil. A recommendation was made and I am happy with the service and how Harry and the company handling the issue.

Called High Efficiency in a pinch because my 'preferred' service provider who did install was booking 10 days out. H.E. was very responsive and timely in sending Jason to investigate my AC issue. Can't say enough about how knowledgeable and patient Jason was. He's a man of integrity and very professional. He thoroughly explained the issue and provided clear options. Exceptional service!
