I called High efficiency to check my brand new furnace to see if there were issues on the installation because our gas bill was higher than usual. They responded quickly and technician came the following day. They sent Praba whos been servicing my heating and cooling system the past 3 years. Experienced honest and friendly. I am glad to have a guy like Praba taking care of heating and cooling system. Gives you that confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend high efficiency. Awesome service and follow-up. Charton visited our home when we first inquired and he was patient and through in explaining our options and answering our many questions on what is best for our home. We ultimately selected the Carrier Infinity Modulating Furnace (80k Btu) the Carrier Performance 3-ton air conditioner, the Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier, and the I-wave air purifier. Jason was the technician for our job and after some rescheduling due to the 50cm of snow we got recently, Jason came by and did a meticulous job in installing all units. He even went so far as examining all my intake and exhaust piping that was pre-existing and re-caulked and re-sealed the joints and the points of entry in our exterior wall. The finished product is very neat and tidy and done very professionally. I am thoroughly impressed with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating and more specifically Charton and Jason. Job well done guys. Charton even followed up with a visit 2 days after install and offered to bring me a complimentary winter cover for the AC unit outside. Thank you so very much.

The customer service was terrific and the pricing was competitive. They checked all of my boxes. From the time I contacted them to installation was under a week. Installation went smoothly and efficiently.

Hi all, today I had one of there technicians come, his name is Chanton, and I have never experienced such great and honest company. As you know many companies will scam you for your money, not this guy. He was honest, I was 100% going to replace my furnace because i was told by multiple companies that it was broken and cannot be fix and has to be replaced. Today I realized I was being scammed by every single one of them. This man came, looked at my furnace and told me my filter has to be replaced. The second we took the filter out it began to work better than ever. He saved me from spending 10k on a new furnace. So honest, thank you. -Amina Altajjar

We had our furnace installed about 1 yr ago by the company and it's been working great so far. But lately, it was providing heat only sporadically. After calling their tech support, we had a technician arrive at our house the next day! He was very courteous and knowledgeable; in addition to quickly correcting the issue, he took the time to explain many things and answer all of our questions. Great work - keep it up !

A thorough (a very detail) furnace check-up was performed by technician Piraba. He is very knowledgeable and has provided good recommendations to save energy, how may help to prolong the life of the motor and how to maintain a better air flow for the house. He has also checked the exhaust pipe for CO content to make sure it is well within the safety range. I don't recall how often techician will check this. Money well spent for this yearly routine check-up.

In order to maintain warranty service on our High Efficiency furnace we must have an annual checkup by HE. The technician came on time, wore a mask and put on shoe covers. He checked the furnace thoroughly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with his work, and would recommend him with no reservation.

Harry, the Furnace technician of the company, is very professional, experienced, and enthusiastic towards customers. He adjusted the working status of the furnace according to the actual situation of my house, and told me what should be paid attention to in the normal use of the furnace in winter and the air conditioner in summer.
