Technician Rana did excellent work in replacing the humidifier filter and the furnace filter, in checking the heat pump, in inspecting the furnace and finding a leak in the collector box and in answering my questions about the smart thermostat. Rana performed excellent work and my wife and I are most pleased with the excellent original installation of a furnace, heat pump and water heater performed by High Efficiency & Cooling and their excellent follow-up customer service!

Brilliant. Liam identified the issue in no time flat and had it all fixed very quickly. Lots of explanation and I am happily looking forward to the upcoming heatwave!

High Efficiency was very responsive to my questions and gave me a very detailed and competitive quote. They are a Carrier dealer and Carrier is the brand I preferred. Other installers seemed to be more ready to put in whatever they had in the shop and were not as familiar with their product as High Efficiency. They arrived on time, did the job neatly and quickly and even registered my warranty for me.

Quick and efficient service!

High Efficiency Cooling and Heating was the 4th HVAC company we met with. We were very impressed with Charton’s knowledge and expertise in regards to the Carrier Heat Pump System that we were looking to purchase. He clearly explained how the Greener Homes program worked. We booked with Charton within a day and he arranged to have the Energy Advisor come the next day. Kevin was our Energy Advisor for our pre-audit and he was very thorough and honest. Our installation happened 3 days later. Han and Jason were our installers. They showed up on time and were here all day working on installing the Heat Pump, Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and Han was very patient setting up the ecobee thermostat and explaining how it works. Kevin returns in 2 days to do the post audit report and will put the paperwork through for our rebate. The warm air has finally arrived and we are ready for it now. Thank you team!

Harry is able to pinpoint the issues promptly! We found a plastic object in the fan and able to solve the noise issue. He is very responsible and conducted systematic check of the whole system.
