Express plumbing is fast and reliable and James was kind and explained everything he was going to do and ask if we had any questions

Express was a huge help for us when we discovered wet and moldy drywall in the corner of a closet that we rarely use. We called at 4 PM and they were able to send someone out early the next morning. Jake identified the issue, made recommendations, and was able to complete the repair within an hour and a half. He was extremely professional, gave options without being pushy, and did a great job. We really appreciate the job he did and will use Express again in the future.

Luke was absolutely amazing to work with. He was incredibly clear and easy to understand when explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. More importantly, he took the time to educate us on how we can continue taking care of our home moving forward, which we really appreciated. Since we live in a two year old home, it was honestly pretty shocking and stressful for us to need to call a plumber in the first place. But Luke immediately put all of our fears at ease. He reassured us that the issue was weather related and not something concerning about our home’s foundation or original construction, which was such a relief. Overall, his punctuality, communication, professionalism, and ability to educate us throughout the process made us feel extremely confident and trusting in his abilities. He truly delivered exceptional service, and we will absolutely be requesting him by name for any future plumbing needs!

We hired Express to evaluate our septic and make recommendations. They communicated well before, during and after the inspection. James was our tech and he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We will use them again.

Technician help, first rate. Waiting for 4 hr window, a bit hard. I understand customers waiting. A little disappointed with one minor aspect, but, life goes on. The remainder of call well done.

Express Plumbing Heating & Air did an amazing job replacing our (original 2002) HVAC system and water heater. They were incredibly professional and completed the project at competitive prices. As a mom and pop business, they’re a great choice for supporting local businesses. Special thanks to Chloe, Jason, Chase, Zachary, Evan, and Ethan for their hard work and dedication!

Express is the best - we’ve used them for all kinds of plumbing services. Today Luke came and fixed our issue very quickly and was also very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Express for any plumbing needs!

Initially, had a negative experience with express. Had one of their supervisors reach out and actually listened to what I had to say. We worked out the issue and I feel like they actually cared about my experience with them. If you’re looking for a company that cares, look no further. Very professional company and people.
