Very good service for a heating and air conditioning system, detailed and thorough inspection and walkthrough, friendly and patient answering questions and investigating concerns. Corey the technician is great will request again in future.

Tory and Ricky came out and replaced my shower fixtures and caulked my shower walls. Also removed galvanized pipes and replaced with pcv pipe in my shower hot water heater, pipes under bathroom sink and installed shut off valves. Also replaced shut off behind toilet! They were extremely professional and put up with all my questions!

Ryan went above and beyond with getting my septic issues all squared away. He also gave me tips on how to prevent other issues from occurring in the future, as a first time home owner and not knowing certain things it was nice to have the extra information.

The Express website made it easy to schedule an unplanned septic service. The truck showed up on time as scheduled. The tech Caleb was friendly and professional. The job was finished efficiently and the site was left in good order.

Our water heater started leaking. Iesha answered my call for Express plumbing heating & air. She was amazing. She had a positive, kind and trustworthy personality. Luke Kenrick was dispatched promptly. Within an hour he arrived at our house diagnosed the problem and arrived at a plan. He communicated with us every step of the way. He came back the next day on time to replace and move the new water heater to the basement. Together Luke, David Rangel and Jake finished the job. It was great to see them work together and double check their work. I would never hesitate to call or refer someone to Express Plumbing heating & air.

Express Septic were great to work with from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The tech came out when promised. He told us about some deals they offer but was not at all pushy. He was in and out and cleaned up after him. We have used him twice and we will continue!
