We had a major issue with our water heater leaking all over the garage floor and needed help fast. I called, and Jake arrived within just a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and gave us upfront pricing. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Once the job was completed, everything was running perfectly again—and the pricing was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future.

I had a clogged drain. The baffel was plugged going into my septic tank. Zach helped me locate the septic tank dig it up and un clogged it. All on a Saturday at no after hrs charges. Highly recommend using them.

My tech, was super friendly and professional. Time window was quite off though but they made it right.

Called them with my issue and they came out the same day and Jake took a look at some different things explained everything to me gave me some options and when we decided on what to get done he did the work very quickly and double checked things and was very professional.

Kevin went above and beyond. Listened great and did everything to find the solution and supplies needed. This guy aced it on customer service. Everyone i interacted with had good attitudes and were very timely with information and service.

Due to my own mistake in a home remodel, express was a last minute call at the end of their working hours. The customer service rep was very pleasant while interacting over the phone. She was able to link us up quickly with Jake. He arrived on time even called ahead to let us know when he’d be here. Jake came in, assessed the problem, and got to work after discussing the fix. He was great to interact with, very polite, and speedy! We would have been lost without your team, thank you Express Plumbing for all your help in our time of need.

I was impressed with the techs professionalism even as my elderly father talked their ears off as they worked.

Came out to fix a broken pipe, while inspecting the system found another leak. Gave a very reasonable quote to fix both. Very happy with their service.

Great job... very expensive. Customer service was exemplary however 1000 dollars for shower valve knob, trim and the cartridge. Ouch. Thanks for for the education

Cole was very helpful. Was able to write the report we needed for our insurance claim and give us a quote on the work we would need done. Was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Representative was professional and informative. He did a good job and was efficient as he worked.
