I have used DGD Garage Doors twice now and on both occasions the appointment was easy to arrange, timely, and the repairman they sent was knowledgeable and professional. Raymond diagnosed and explained the problem, what he would do to fix it, how much it would cost, and that's exactly what he did-fix it. Based on my experiences with them, there's no doubt I'll call DGD Garage Doors again should I need any repairs in the future.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and caring

Great service and timely. We needed our garage serviced after having the garage doors for one year. The technician Mina Yousef arrived as committed - which happened to be on a Sunday and assessed both our garage doors and applied his recommendations to best service our doors. We will be asking for Mina for our recurring annual maintenance inspection checks. This firm provides fair costs for quality service is the bottom line.

Artur did an excellent job. He was every focused and detailed in his work. I highly recommend DGD.

Great service. Timely arrival. John H explained what he would do and got everything in great shape.

I called DGD due to having trouble with remote openers. Within 24 hrs., I had a technician come and trace the problem. Our garage door was 24 yrs. Old and the motor had simply stopped working using the remotes. It was recommended to have a larger motor due to the door being Hurricane braced. Two hours later, new opener, new remotes and sensors, rollers and overall conditioning, and door was working well and so quiet. Thanks to DGD our new equipment is working great.

Changed dates twice, but installation went smoothly and the installer was a very pleasant guy. Why only 4 stars? I specifically asked the installer if the unit was Homelink compatible. He assured me it was but after he left I was unable to pair my car's Homelink remote with the opener. I called and after a week's wait another installer came out. He couldn't program the car either until he climbed up to the opener and used the controller in the unit to change something aand then pair the car. He was surprised that the initial installer hadn't done that, but I had to pay $85.00 for the service call, on top of the over $800.00 I paid to install a $300.00 opener. Nice profit margin there. Overall very satisfied with the opener, somewhat less satisfied with the company.

DGD is the only outfit I would call or trust to do any work on my garage doors. There techs knowledge and work ethic as well as honesty is heads above those that I have used in the distant past. Thanks for being such a customer focused outfit

My garage door had the spring broken and we couldn't reset our remote, technician came on time and fixed it all, great job, great technician
