Brandon Collins was my technician today. He arrived precisely when he was scheduled too. He listened to me describe the problem, checked the hard ware and motor, and identified the problem to. Brandon began repairs, and worked until the job was finished. He explained what he had done and the door worked properly. He was professional, capable, and fast. He did a very good job.

The technician was professional, on time, and did outstanding work in installing the opener. I was required to pay 50% up front, that was the only reason I did not rate the entire experience a 5.

The technician arrived on time called to verify I was home did the job and cleaned up and took time to ensure things worked properly would recommend to others and again Tyrone did great

I have used DGD whenever garage door repairs are needed. Spring broke around 3pm and was scheduled for repairs before 7pm same day. Technician was very professional and answered my questions. Company has always been upfront and honest discussing services needed. I recommend DGD.

Douglas did a great job. We had to have a new garage door opener installed. He was professional and took the time to make sure the job was done, right.

John did a great job on repairing my garage door. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me all of my options before starting and performed an excellent job. Very clean and picked up after himself as well!
