Raymond from DGD came out to conduct regular maintanence on the garage doors. He went above and beyond! He was very helpful in answering our questions about the usage of the garage door and the concerns we had- since the side door is broken we are using the garage door 10 times more frequently to enter/exit the house. He explained that this puts more strain on the garage door and the spring at the top is good for 10,000 uses. He also helped us connect the garage doors to the buttons in the car. Overall, he was very helpful, he went above & beyone, and he was patient with us! Highly recommend!

Our call to DGD garage door company was such a relief. We dreaded the night our door decided that was it, this was probably the last close !!! We had to make the call for help. A service estimate was made the following day by DGD's technician Matthew Rivera. Matthew presented options as to what repairs were needed to operate the door. We decided to have a new opener installed & general maintenance done. The repairs were complete within a few hours. He explained in detail how the new system worked, demonstrate the safety features & explained the warranty on the equipment. Make that call to DGD ... you will be pleased with their service.

Very fast to get a date for a replace remote to replace lost one. Also get a outside keypad.

The representative Jimmy was extremely courteous, very friendly and informative. I felt he was very honest, but ultimately I felt the company’s prices were very high.

Annual service conducted by Tyrone. Arrived on time and discussed current operation of door. Tyrone identified opening noise as back up battery dead. Quoted and replaced battery during service. Efficient work.

I called DGD because my garage door opener was acting up. I was able to get a technician for the very next day. Brakki Brazzle was great. He did an excellent job analyzing the issue and installing a new unit. He also linked the new remote to my car for me. DGD is a great company with wonderful people.

DGD did my original door installation 10yrs ago and recently needed some maintenance. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the pricing was very transparent. Dillan Thrasher was out tech, he was very professional and did a great getting our door back in shape. Would highly recommend.
