Chris Yousef is an excellent technician. If I could give him 10- I would! He communicated well about his arrival; expertly performed needed adjustments; and also quickly answered account questions. I trust DGD, and am pleased with every aspect of our garage system maintenance.

DGD was vert prompt in setting up an appointment. Mr. Rivera came on time, took several pictures to assess the problem, explained everything clearly and did an EXCELLENT job.

I had Matthew Rivera come and look at my opener and we both decided it was time for a new unit. He was a great but not a pushy salesman and an excellent installer. He spent the time necessary for me to understand what I was getting and how to operate everything. I cannot say enough good things about him. He in my opinion is an A plus employee! Raymond was the technician that came to our house today. He was extremely personable and professional, not to mention trustworthy. He took the time to explain to me how he came to the conclusions about how to replace the current spring that may be doing an adequate job and showed me the app they use that helps determine the best course of action when replacing broken springs depending on the weight of the door- it many not always be just a clear swap out of the broken spring with the same size. He showed me the measurements and app that helps determine the best way to go. Raymond was also trying to be comparative’s I would rather with either him but have to explore if I have a leg to stand if with my home warranty company or any rebate remaining..thank you!
