DGD responded quickly to my call. (Even offered me a Saturday appointment.) Randy came on time, explained the repair clearly, and gave me options so I wasn’t spending money needlessly. He worked so efficiently. I would recommend this company.

I really liked the saleswoman who came out. She was friendly and helpful. I love the installed screen. I took off a star because my first installation appointment was a failure. The installers forgot the rails. I was then rescheduled for a week later which is very poor customer service in my opinion. If I was managing that shop, I would have had someone bring the rails out so the installation could have been completed as promised.

The experience was great! We called late Friday afternoon and they were able to come out on Monday afternoon. Joe, the tech, was very courteous and friendly. He told us what was wrong and gave us our options without being pushy. Hope you get Joe for your service!!

After calling three other garage door companies that never showed up or didn't return phone calls, we finally called DGD. We wish we had called them first, we would have saved weeks of hassle. DGD came out the same day to view the job and gave us a quote on the spot. Installation was 2 days later, on a Saturday, and was completed in about 2 hours. Our representative, Tyler, was the best! He installed two new openers, programmed the remotes and both cars and stayed until we completely understood the new system. We will never use any other company and recommend them with no hesitation. And, ask for Tyler, although I'm sure all their reps are great.

Very happy with their service. Joe is super friendly, efficient and thorough. I felt very confident in his work and our new equipment works perfectly!

Had a door opener installed by Discount Garage Doors of Brooksville. My installers were Trey and Brandon. They were excellent. Took pride in their work and were clean, kind and professional. 2nd time I’ve used them and they are awesome.
