Ramone is an experienced gentleman. He spotted the problem immediately and fixed it. He was so pleasant and honest to work with I will ask for him next time I need repair. I’ve used DGD in the past and believe this company has great work ethics.

Great service! Called another company and when they come they were almost double what was estimated on phone. DGD charged us a fair price and did a great job. Definitely would recommend and use again.

DGD is a superior company and my experience doing business with them is an A. From scheduling the appointment to their confirmation of the upcoming appointment and then to DGD’s technician Matthew, all was professional. Matthew phoned on the appointment day ahead of the scheduled time to give me his ETA (which was a few minutes early). Upon his arrival and examination of the quirky door’s operation, Matthew clearly was confident and definitely highly skilled. He explained what he was doing in understandable terminology as he worked. Even though my knowledge is limited about these mechanisms (that is an overstatement), Matthew shared each procedure and why he was doing it. And he patiently answered all my queries irrespective of their pertinence. He quickly realized I’m a curious consumer and I did learn a few things. Of course, most importantly, Matthew repaired the issue even though it was not a standard problem. Recall my former description of “quirky.” He was determined to locate and fix the well-hidden quirk. His determination paid off. I’m grateful to DGD and certainly to Matthew who went above and beyond to find a fixable solution rather than push to make a sale of a new system. In this day in age when there is a plethora of companies boasting their superiority relative to their competitors, choosing the best and most skilled is a game of chance. So allow me to remove the guesswork for you. I was in a jam and I called DGD for help and they sent someone out to my home and he was extremely professional and so nice and he fixed my Garage Door with in 20 minutes! The service man Randy was polite and efficient. I was very pleased.

Excellent installation technician! Trey was an outstanding representative of the company, did an excellent job and communicated effectively before and after the door opener installation. He made sure I understood pricing and installation timeframe before starting and took time to explain operation and features after he was finished. Strongly recommend DGD, especially if they’re sending Trey!

We have used them for tune ups and repairs, and everyone has always been cheerful, honest, and professional. Their scheduling department stays in contact with updates on expected arrival time, and their technicians are all wonderful. A friend of ours in Orlando owns a garage door repair company and I always run quotes past him first... he has always approved of all of their recommendations and prices. Highly recommended!
