They were able to get my door fixed the same day I called and the tech was easy to deal with and showed me the problem before he fixed it.

Great service. Our technician Bryan was professional as well as very personable. He installed 2 new garage door openers at my request. Provided all the information I needed to make a decision on what to do. No high pressure sales tactics. 100% satisfied with DGD and specifically Bryan.

Daniel was running ahead of schedule so he called and asked if he could come early. He did the inspection and made some suggestions. He did the tuneup and Installed the keypad. I’m very happy and I’m sure my neighbors are very happy that my door is very quiet now instead of a squeaky groaning door.

Called yesterday and Alex came today 12/8/21. Very nice and honest guy. First tradesman that didn't try to rip me off in a long time. It a see of dishonest vendors, Alex was really a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend him.

Technician Matt was great! He reached out when he was on his way, showed up within the promised timeframe and did a great job. He outlined what needed to be done to get me garage door operating properly and finished in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with the customer service and technical expertise.

Brandon was super. He came to a totally destroyed garage door and was able to get the damaged door down to protect my home. He arrived on time and quickly to my need for help. The price for a replacement was written up. He did not charge me for the callout to a very difficult situation. Brandon was awesome. When you need service try to request Brandon.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and the guy was there Monday. Joe was his name . He is so respectful and knowledgeable in his job .. when I call I always ask to make sure he's the one coming
