It was late Friday afternoon when I called Discount Garage Doors because my garage door wouldn’t open. Within one hour I had a serviceman arrive to assess and fix the problem on the spot. Excellent Customer Service and timely repair!

I called DGD when my garage door was intermittently working. I spoke with Lindsay who scheduled my service. She was very polite and even called me a couple of times when they had openings in their schedules. Brandon, the service technician came out and explained that intermittent issues are sometimes hard to diagnose because the garage door opener works and then abruptly stops. He spent time to analyze and resolve the issue and got the opener working. It has been operating smoothly since. In addition, he gave me options with prices to replace the opener if needed in the future. I never felt pressured into a sale, nor did he ever insist that I needed a new opener, but I was glad to be given options. I highly recommend DGD.

Joe was my tech. I was very impressed with this young man from Ohio. He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and quite courteous. He performed like an expert and informed me of the status of the doors and what I may expect. He was exceptional!

The tech Bryon did a excellent job on fixing the garage door , he is very courteous and polite and explain to us very well the repairs that the garage door needed. They came the same afternoon I called them. Service guy was very accommodating and nice. Very knowledgeable. Thanks again for the great job.

Sometimes the word discount in a business can mean less than quality work and service. This is not the case with Discount Garage Door. While trying to reset our garage door opener we inadvertently messed up the whole thing! To top it off, this was on a Saturday. Daniel arrived in less than twenty minutes. He reset the hand held, the car, and the keypad in no time. He also lubricated the garage door and showed us how to maintain it. He was kind, courteous, and did more than expected at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend using DGD and Daniel.

The repairman was very professional and explained how to reset the machine's memory. He also advised as to potential issues that I could address before something broke.
