Install was good. New garage door opener works great. However, Mike left a box of old parts behind in the garage and there were screws, nuts & bolts left in the driveway. Need to do better cleaning up.

Mike, our technician, was on time and had everything he needed on hand to fix my garage door which had previously been sight unseen. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was fixed within a matter of an hour and Mike made sure to go above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We received a call a day before the service to confirm all the details of the technicians visit for the following day. Discount Garage Doors did everything it said it would do and much more.
