Called DGD to get quote on replacement garage door opener. Took a couple of weeks to schedule a Tech-Jimmie as they are so good, they are busy. He immediately diagnosed a bad circuit board and promply led me through an estimate with several options. I told him I needed a bit of time to think through his suggestions and he indicated it was no problem. Next day I called the office and Anna was very accommodating. I made one change to the estimate and price and she took my order including a 10% discount and indicated sales tax was included in the price. Pleasant surprise. She did indicate Jimmy was booked solid for next 2 weeks but if an opening comes up, he will install my new opener then. This is second time I have dealt with DGD and I feel confident with their friendliness and professionalism. Their prices are fair for excellent quality products.

They maintain my garage doors with no hassle expert service.

This is our second time using DGD. Last year they did a great job replacing our garage door opener. A few days ago our garage door spring broke & we could not open the door. Called DGD and Alex was out in a few hours & had it fixed! Alex was great! Would not use anyone else.

The rep was very cordial and friendly but most of all honest and knowledgeable.

Very happy, had one of my door bays replaced. Affordable, showed up on time and quick efficient install. My technician was Alex. He was very professional, answered all questions and went over all programming. Door works great and very quiet. Highly recommend DGD. Have used them before and will continue to do so.

I’ve been using DGD for years - all different issues from the opener to damage to the door. They have always been on time, efficient, and the work was always professionally done. My 22 year old opener finally died… Daniel from DGD replaced the opener with a new one in just over an hour. The new opener is so quiet I have to keep looking to make sure it’s working! Daniel was excellent, professional and pleasant. The cost was more then what I expected but he had no control over that. If we ever need a repair in the future I will request Daniel. He should get a raise.

The garage door opener turned out great. But when I needed a new remote garage door opener, he wanted to charge me $175 plus an hour labor. Seems to me you charged me enough for the garage door opener ($800) that a remote opener for the side of my garage should have been included. If I known that it wasn’t included, I probably would have bought a garage door opener from Home Depot and had my son install it.
