I had 2 x visits. Joshua came and gave me options for a garage door replacement. Jimmy came and fitted new springs and door seal. Both were extremely courteous and professional. No pushing to make a sale. Also, a big shout out to the ladies I dealt with my phone calls. All extremely pleasant and helpful. When I do decide to replace my garage door, they will be my first call.

DGD has always been great with helping me maintain my garage door, service and remotes and any issues I may experience along the way. Bryon is awesome! He explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly, friendly and with a good attitude.

Our garage door opener broke this AM and living in a fussy HOA that doesn’t allow us to park our cars in the driveway overnight, I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I found this company on Google and after just a few minutes of chatting with one of their reps via their website, they had a tech at our home within just a few hours. The gentleman Ray who showed up was polite and knowledgeable. After fixing the main issue, he pointed out that one of the door cables was frayed and that I might want to consider replacing it. No pressure whatsoever just good solid andvice. After looking at the cable it was clear that it was in rough shape so I agreed. We have very heavy doors and if that cable snapped it could easily kill someone. A short while later he completed that fix and was on his way. The price for the level of service and the speed with which they arrived was more than fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

My torsion spring broke today on my garage door, I called DGD for service. Office staff was very pleasant on the phone, her name was Liz & made an appointment within hours of my phone call for the same day. The technician, Dillion showed up at the beginning of my appointment window. He was extremely pleasant, knowledge & professional. Price was very reasonable & the highest quality springs made were used. I am very impressed with DGD & will always call them for any garage door/ opener repairs in the future.

I called a few businesses to get an estimate on having an automatic door installed on our new home. Not all answered or even called me back. DGD answered right away and they called me back the next morning and set up a time and day for an estimate. Bryon I. went over all the different brands and explained all the features. He was even able to install it that same day.
