I ran into my garage door by backing out prematurely and messed up the bottom portion of my door. I was referred to DGD by my brother-in-law. Brakki was my technician who was very prompt and arrived before schedule. He was very courteous and friendly. He gave me several options to correct the issue with my door that seemed reasonable priced. He did the repairs despite the rain. I would recommend this company.

Disappointed they were booked for three days. When tech came out he diagnosed the problem gave us three price quotes with different services and was done in 2 hours. We would use them again.

A refreshing change to meet a service engineer who actually seems to enjoy his job. Past encounters over the years have left me less than thrilled with “representatives” of well- known companies. I applaud DGD for soliciting customer feedback. It shows customer service means something to them! Brake was your company representative today when he arrived to tune up my garage door. It was a joy to deal with a company rep as personable as Brakku his attention to detail and assistance in helping me with the outside keypad really made a difference! I have been totally satisfied and very happy with my DGD garage door. I would like to express my additional appreciation of Brakki for his professionalism! Thank you. DGD!
