The technician who installed it for me was Bryon I. He was very enthusiastic in explaining it to me and setting up what I needed. It was a great experience.

Disappointed my warranty ran out month before my problem with door. But happy I was able to get extended warranty at reasonable price which included the work. Brandon the service technician was pleasant & did a good job.

Bryon I. , serviced my old garage opener, previously installed by DGD some 12 years ago with new LED floor sensors and rollers. Works like a champ. Bryon I. was very thorough and kept me informed. DGD has serviced my garage door openers for more than 15 years, great company.

John H is very professional and friendly. He did a wonderful job servicing the door. He replaced the bad parts professionally. Answered all my questions. Thanks John

Bryon ingalls was professional and after explaining my options for repair. He completed in the time frame he specified. He then instructed me on the use of the new garage door opener. Was very satisfied with the service call.
