DGD was quick to respond and even got a technician out the same day to review our situation with a dead garage door opener. Zach was able to suggest several options and get a new device installed on that first visit. He was informative but not pushy. He took is time but didn't hurry. We weren't planning to spend money on new garage door opener but feel we received great service and value from Zach and the DGD team

Have been using this company for several years now. Had a complete overhaul done last year and purchased the 3-yr maintenance plan, which offers me peace of mind. They tell me about new products but aren't pushy in their approach. Highly recommend!

I had a broken garage door spring. Everything went well: the communication was good, the technician, Raymond, was very professional, came on time, finished the job quickly, and the price was better than other companies(I had previously checked).

Called for service, Bryon I came out on time and very professional. Explained all my options and did the work quickly. Would definitely ask for Bryon again.

Jimmy was very professional and polite. He explained all my options well and provided me with the price breakdown for all the options. He was efficient and showed me how to care for the door when he was finished. He also explained the warranty on each part he installed or replaced.

Bryon I. came out to fix a broken spring on our garage door. He was timely, very professional and explained options to myself and then again over the phone to my husband who was not home at the time of repair. He ended up doing new springs, bearings and rollers. Bryon was very efficient and got the job in a timely manner. Great customer service, will use DGD again and recommend!

Technician fixed everything that was broken. It runs quieter and smoother than before, and most importantly, it opens and closes without slamming down hard onto the concrete!
