I needed a new garage door opener as my system was very old and stopped working. I am pleased with the service from DGD Garage Doors and they were also reasonably priced. I was scheduled quickly and the tech was nice and professional. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our garage door opener died last Thursday evening. I left messages with two companies and DGD responded the next morning. Our opener was installed by a very pleasant young man who had it up and working in no time. He even fixed a problem with a hole in the drywall around the switch on the wall. Doug located the problem quickly, explained everything very clearly, and installed the new motor, etc. I followed his suggestions and it was obvious he is very knowledgable. They were able to get to me the morning after I called. I really needed to get in and out of the garage and they came the very next morning. I feel very good about having choosing them!

DGD has great customer service. They respond immediately to phone calls and follow up quickly. The work done is very efficient. And the DGD serviceman was super nice and professional.

Mina Yuosef was the technician that came to my home. This individual is an asset to your company and he did a great job.

Mina Yousef is most definitely a 5 I appreciate his skill and knowledge in repairing and upgrading our garage door his upgrades were definitely needed We had insulated a nonibsulated garage door ourselves not knowing the added weight would be a strain on the existing springs. The only reason I will always continue to business with is because of the ladies answering the phones and because of Mina the technician! He is friendly, professional and beyond knowledgeable! Plus super efficient and organized. Zero mess and zero trash!! Fantastic experience.

Our serviceman Anthony, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He saw the problem, informed us of what we needed and proceeded to take care of it. We would recommend him wholeheartedly .

Making the appointment was effortless, DGD confirmed , advised when service person was inroute. Raymond, provided a quote and performed the job professional manner..overall : excellent all the way around.

My technician Chris informed me when he was going to be there. From the moment he arrived he was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. After discussing the best way to resolve my garage door problem, he went to work and exceeded my expectations fixing the problem and also bringing it up to hurricane code. Customer for life.
