I had an issue with the garage door cable causing the door to come off track,this was on a Saturday around 4 pm and they had a technician at my house within an hour,problem solved within a half hour

Chris is the absolute best garage door and remote control expert I have ever worked with. Super pro and his knowledge and experience is outstanding. I can’t recommend Chris and DGD high enough. They are garage door scientists.

They offered to give me an estimate at no charge and came out the very next day. When he did give me the estimate, I thought it was fair considering the fast response and that he could complete it while he was here. My tech, Josh Battle was very polite and knowledgeable.

My garage door would not lift with the opener. I couldn’t even open it using the manual method. Car stuck inside, appointments rescheduled. Although they were swamped with emergency calls from the storm, Discount Garage Doors said they would get to my service request. The service schedulers kept me posted. They assured me they would help me. Brian A called at 7:39pm. He was 45 minutes away at their last scheduled job for the day. He arrived and immediately noted a sensor error caused by repeat power outages. The tract for my door needed cleaning of old paint. Brian A. gave me all my options and potential outcomes. I selected the best one for me. He went right to work, helped me request my opener sensor on my car and finished around 10:25pm. This is the second time I’ve used Discount Garage Doors. I’ve never been disappointed. Great employees, great company.

Dillon Moultrie was the tech who came to our rescue. He was personable, very knowledgeable, patient and answered our questions. He was here for several hours working in the humidity and foul smelling mud until dark. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I would give him and DGD a million votes it i could!

Chris - was knowledgeable, competent, friendly and thorough. He dealt with my issue quickly and gave me tips on handling minor issue on my own in the future. I will call on DGD again as needed.

Had DGD Garage Doors replace two garage door openers for me. The technician Randy did an outstanding job. Starting with the initial consultation to the end of the installation, he was very professional and his workmanship was excellent. He cared about what he was doing. Also, the communication with the office was great during the whole process. I highly recommend DGD Doors, especially Randy, for all your garage door needs.

John and Tyrone are fabulous. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There is so much technology in today's applications that I'm happy to have them every year for a tune-up. Thanks for being so professional guys!

Appointment was set and agent suggested that the work could possibly be done same day. Anthony arrived per schedule and was very courteous and personable. Explained the reasons for what was required and what was recommended. Work was completed same day! It was a very good experience with DGD and Anthony!

DGD is the best. Our garage partially flooded during Hurricane Helene and the originally-installed door sensors stopped functioning as a result. We could only manually open and close our garage door at that point. I called DGD and they sent out a technician immediately. He fixed our garage door quickly by installing new sensors (and installed them higher than the originals). Matt was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice to my kids who peppered him with questions. 10/10 - I recommend DGD for all your garage door needs!

Both service guys, George and Arthur were great. They were very efficient and knowledgeable with the entire garage door system.
