Overall a good experience. When I called it was as if they couldn’t be bothered with another customer, but I went ahead. I arrived a few minutes before 3 and the gate was closed with a sign they were at lunch for 30 minutes. It was handwritten in pink and hard to see until I got up to it. No indication of when they hung it or when they’d return. I could see people in the store so I took the chance because of the reviews. Bill was polite, respectful, and efficient. He listened to my questions and took time to make sure I understood the aftercare. I’m glad I took the chance. I’m happy with the piercing and have very little pain and no swelling as of day 2. Josh is AWESOME! I love the fact that we can collaborate and he knows what ww want. We always give him the freedom to add to our piece and its perfection every time. So far Josh has done 2 coverups and 2 new pieces for us and that continues to increase. We highly recommend him!

Amanda was our piercer. She did a fantastic job! My 13 year old got her tragus pierced and was quite nervous beforehand, but Amanda calmed her nerves and was so sweet and quick throughout the whole process! I swear I don't even think it took five minutes and that was the waiver and all. We will be back! Service: Ear piercing

My wife and I had an impromptu idea to get matching tattoos on our anniversary. The shop was super accommodating and responsive. We got tiny tattoos that have “I love you” in each others handwriting. Camilo did and awesome job on every detail of my Zelda tattoo. I love it. The tattoo looks just like the design I showed him. The line work is awesome.
