I got my very first tatoo and totally loved the experience. Dante was very meticulous with his preparations and extremely helpful with suggestions and settling on what the finished product would be. I got my navel piercing done there and couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Lucy and Amanda were phenomenal and did such an amazing job, I never had a good piercing experience until now. They communicated extremely well with me and explained what they were doing! 10/10 would recommend either of them for your piercing needs!

They did an amazing job piercing my ears here! This is the second time I have been to Black Cloud and they do not disappoint. They have several locations in the Charlotte area, and I’ve been to two separate ones. They both did fantastic! I have received an ear piercing and a nose piercing from Black Cloud and both are extremely well done. I wanted my ears to get double pierced for such a long time and it only took about ten minutes!
