Very friendly staff, extremely caring and helpful, rooms were so clean you could smell the freshness in the air. Bathrooms were clean and spotless. Exercise room was great, and the eggs were pretty good too. Great stay!

Coming in from a horrific experience the previous night to Baymont in Springfield, Missouri was a breath of fresh air and cleanliness. Such a great place. My friend and I have service animals and they were allowed in with no Hassel. Thank you to the employees, Shawn and Monica. You two were, and are, excellent people.

Pet friendly, which is very important to those traveling with abused rescues. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Booked a room here for our journey home after our stay.

After traveling for 6 days the hospitality of the staff was a wonderful surprise, very welcoming. Rooms were great, wonderful gym. Definitely will stay when passing through next time.
