Check in was all ready to go when I arrived. I called earlier and let them know that I would be in a little on the late side and I had my dog with me. Everything was clean all around, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This place was very nice, clean friendly staff. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay in Springfield Missouri. You won’t find a friendlier place to stay. The staff were very helpful. You will see for yourself if you decide to stay! Baymont is a great place.

Clean room mattress very goodwas real good easy access to parking very friendly staff nice workout room pool clean very good breakfast the edges as in carpeting when you come 8n and furniture needs to be changed but all 8n all good room for the money

Hotel stay was great! Comfortable bed! Room great! Breakfast great! But like 90% of hotels, the SINK drains slow!

It had a musky smell when we entered the room but it went away soon as I got used the smell that’s what I figured. I didn’t use the pool came in toward evening breakfast was charged extra to my charge which I think it’s should be included in the 153.00 but it was really nice in taking a shower the power of the water felt very nice . My husband and I was in on business . The breakfast need scrambled eggs not rubber eggs . But all was good love the pancake machine. And gravy was awesome biscuits not too much was a bit gooey. But the room was very clean just the smell . I might be back because of the shower and the customer service was awesome very helpful.

The staff was EXCELLENT! Breakfast had a good selection of easy foods. Hot breakfast was sausage, gravy, biscuits, eggs, & fried potatoes. The pool & spa were in excellent condition & well maintained. The rooms were clean. Beds & pillows were very comfortable.
