Family trip for Celebration of Life Event… appreciate staff members sharing condolences… most were very helpful and kind. Not sure conference area needs to be closed at 9:30 when pool and gym are open until 11:00.. rooms- great beds, water pressure and very clean! Breakfast bar was outstanding with several menu options. Appreciate motel allowing pets… Overall, we’d recommend this motel!

Convenient, clean and comfortable. The room design was very nice. I appreciated the extra shelf space for coffee and the ice bucket. The staff extra helpful and friendly. Lots of parking is available.

Please, and I STRESS PLEASE. DO NOT accept room 101 or 102. I got no rest because of some machine in the sprinkler room kept going off all the time. But... And let me please say But... They have the best staff and clean rooms, excellent morning breakfast and great coffee. It's the only place I will stay in Springfield but NEVER again in that room. And kudos to the day shift morning staff and desk personal. 10 stars not 5.

It’s what you’d expect for this price point. Pet-friendly. Room was clean. Full service buffet-style breakfast - which was unexpected and very welcome. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable. The staff was super helpful and nice. I’d happily stay there again.

Great price! Easy access to I-44 and Hwy 65. Small pool, but indoors! Nice choices for hot and cold breakfast, good coffee! Cleaning the windows to entry area of the hotel would create a MUCH BETTER "FIRST IMPRESSION". STAFF were all friendly and well groomed.

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, quiet, and safe, and near our road we were traveling on. Staff was courteous and helpful. We only wish there was better temperature control in the room.
