The location is ideal for us, close to my sister and my mom. The continent breakfast is very good, except they have the same thing each morning eggs and sausage. We stayed 4 nights, and went out to breakfast one morning for something different. We like staying in the accessibility room, it's on the 1st floor and has a walk in shower. We will always stay here when visiting Springfield, Mo

The people at the front desk were very welcoming. The entire place was clean and felt great to be in and the beds were nice!! Plus because it’s animal friendly we got to see lots of dogs

This hotel is great for the price. The room was just what we needed, clean and comfy beds. They offer free breakfast and it was one of the best I’ve had. They have a pool and no longer have the jacuzzi just so you know! The pool was nice and warm. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel in the future!.

My only complaint is that there was only 1 washer and dryer. Otherwise, the hotel was really nice and staff super friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable too.

The staff was very good. Check in was good and easy. We had one problem with our room . It was fixed almost immediately. The breakfast area was very good and the staff had everything going great. One of the best breakfast places in a hotel I have seen in a long time.

The hotel is right off the highway, but we never heard any traffic noise. They welcome 4 legged friends (with some restrictions). We had an excellent experience.
