Breakfast was really good from 0600 to 0900, rooms were comfortable and cool. There are places to eat close by, however it is a walk to get there. Overall good experience will stay there again if that time arises.

They are always so clean the beds are comfy the pool is not to cold and the people are friendly

Abby was very friendly and helpful at check in and Angie was sweet and made sure we had everything at breakfast! Food was delicious, bed was comfortable, and it was a nice quiet stay! Will definitely be back!

We had a great time. Room was nice. Breakfast was sooo good. Angie the breakfast manager was the sweetest and helped my daughters with their plates. The pool was great. The whirlpool wasn’t open but we had a great time anyway.

I have stayed at this Baymont quite a number of times. At one point I was here for nearly 5 weeks. The hotel is a hotel but the staff make this place first rate! Abbi is by far the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable woman I’ve met during my vast travels. She remembers all of her guests and it almost feels like home every time I need to stay. There’s a big is that Denyse?!? Like cheers where everybody knows your name. Thanks Baymont, for making me feel at home.

Service was amazing! Staff was friendly. Room and general areas were clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Angie, Kristina, Katelyn, Shaninne, and Rosie were exceptional!

The stay was very nice, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Especially Angie and Kristina who were more than friendly and welcoming in the breakfast lounge, keep up the Great work ladies!

Clean, recently refurbished, convenient to highway and a good breakfast. With an extremely helpful staff who helped locate and returned a misplaced necklace! HONESTY and SERVICE get a 10 out of 10 rating!! I’ll be happy to stay there again

Breakfast and staff was wonderful! The room was a little outdated and not 100% clean. But overall, a very pleasant stay!

Hotel was quiet and couldn’t hear any cars going by. The staff was all so kind! We enjoyed fluffy pancakes for breakfast.

Nice place to stay for a weekend trip to Springfield, MO. Great location near the highway with easy access to the local attractions. Received helpful service from the front desk agent upon check-in even when the system was down. Overall, a great choice and would stay here again.

It was all good! They need their hot tub back! 😭 or even better, a hot tub outside.

Friendly atmosphere nice

Very good continental breakfast. Great value for its price. Angie the breakfast manager and Abigail at the front desk were very welcoming.

The hotel has easy access from the interstate which was helpful with our long drive. The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfy. Kaitlyn (I may have misspelled her name), at the frint desk, and Angie, in the breakfast area, were super nice and helpful. I didn't know anything about the hotel before our stay since it's our first time in the area but I feel like it was a good decision to stay here!

The service here is great. Katelyn at the front desk is always super helpful and nice. The breakfast crew are also very nice. Angie and the other woman are always very welcoming in the mornings.

Great experience both nights we stayed there. Clean facility, AMAZINGLY comfortable beds...like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast selection had plenty of variety. Staff was very friendly and had great customer service, especially Abagail and Katelyn at checking and Angie at food services!
