The room was comfy and clean! The young lady at the front desk advised us to eat at a local Mexican restaurant named Jose Loco and OMG so glad we did. This particular hotel has been added to my favorites in the Springfield MO area.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Easy access to highway. Very well-pleased and will visit again. We were promptly greeted by friendly people at the front desk, check-in was very quick and efficient, they explained the pool hours, breakfast hours etc. Breakfast was well-stocked, fresh. Breakfast area was big and clean.

Melanie, at the service desk, was absolutely amazing !! She helped me with a 3 rd hand booking I messed up on and she fixed it with patience and knowledge. I felt as though she was an experienced in her field and she demonstrated great customer service . She went above and beyond to assist me with my check in.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice. You can always find something you don't like if you are looking for things but it was fine. The bed was very soft and comfortable! The breakfast was very nice. Allow time for the elevator!! It's kind of slow!!

Ms Angie is really great she always checks on us(drivers) to give us positive motivation and make sure we have a nice hot breakfast. The front desk ladies are always so kind and available for all of our needs. Overall the Baymont had been a great place to stay.
