Joe was very responsive and friendly, with the knowledge to get the job done quickly. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone. If I need additional work in the future, I will call Joe at AJ Locksmith!

They responded and sent someone (Joey) very quickly. It took him about 20 minutes to get to me. Joey was very friendly, worked fast, and did not do any damage to my car in the process. I would highly recommend him if you ever get locked out.

Joey did great. Called me back about an hour after I requested through Angie’s List. He offered to come by same-day, but scheduled for him for service a few days later. On day of appointment, he called me 2 hours before appointment to inform me that he was running behind and offered to reschedule or call me 30 minutes prior to arrival (same day as original appointment). I opted for the latter. He called prior to arrival (and in reality was only an hour behind). Upon arrival, he reviewed the request and informed me that one of the projects would be better evaluated after some repairs to my garage door. He was able to perform rekeying on deadbolts, door handle locks and sliding doors. His service was great. All throughout this service, he was apologetic for his late arrival. Prices were fair and I have already recommended to my family. Would contract him again.

Joey was very professional. Kept me informed as to his ETA and made arrangements to meet me at the parking garage where I could flag him down so he wouldn't lose time searching. Had the door open quickly.

Joe came immediately and helped me save my nieces cats as they were locked in the house while my brother's family was on vacation. Reasonably priced and professional!

Communication problems: starting with i hired AJ Locksmith. a nice guy showed up, no business card or other identification. when he left i got an invoice from YSM. in matters regarding my home, this is not acceptable. further miscommunications on his work, and after he left i realized i have to hire another locksmith to re do some things, including one of the handles coming off in my hand. im moving on. nice guy from YSM though. Update: AJ Contacted me and came out. he fixed all short comings, and was a great communicator and did a very good job. He is my first choice for my next locksmith need.

They are very prompt and effective and friendly. As well as reasonable.

Flexible with new home closing time rekey locks and did it fast. Feel safer already .

Very punctual and professional. The technician (Joey) had me out of a jam in a jiffy! Sadly I lock my keys in my vehicle more than I'd ever care to admit! Again, punctuality and professionalism were both second to none and the price was on point! I didn't feel like I was abused after the fact.

Joey was awesome! He fixed two broken locks on the spot - I thought we would have to replace them but he just repaired them both on the spot when he came out. And he was super nice and punctual. When I called for an appointment he came right away. Great experience, so easy and so happy I called.
