I found a Groupon but really lucked out. Joey from A&J locksmith was awesome. He was able to come to my new condo and replace two locks quickly and without me having to wait. He made sure both new locks were rekeyed and working correctly. He adjusted the door locks to assure they opened easily and without sticking. I would definitely recommend Joey!

Joey called to say what time he would arrive and he was on time. He was such a pleasant young man, worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him and already have to some.

They were at my house in less than 30 minutes- on a Sunday.

Joey was fantastic! He went about clearly communicating and working through numerous family members touring our new house. He really was fantastic on setting the expectations of the work he was about to do, based on our asks, then thoroughly communicating the work completed. Top notch for sure!

Joey responded quickly, had all supplies on hand to: replace 2 different kinds of deadbolt on on door and swap out a 3rd frame plate to increase security on my storage unit door. Excellent customer service, friendly yet efficient. Will recommend to my complex as our go-to locksmith.

The most embarrassing thing you can do as a service technician is lock your keys in your truck in front of a customers house. Thankfully these guys sent Joey and he got me back into my truck and onto my next call in less than 30mins!

We had our front and back door locks replaced in the office. Joey provided quick, quality and professional service. And it costed half of other company quoted. Would come back to him if need any further services. Would recommend to other people too.

Quick response time to my non-emergent but important problem. Explained the problem and showed it to me. Walked me through the fix to make sure I was satisfied.

Had to change the locks on my rental property ASAP this morning due to the previous tenant still trying to occupy the house. Saw that AJ had great reviews online and they are accurate!! Got someone out there 20 min after I called, the technician called me as he was on his way and from the property to discuss what needed to be done. He rekeyed three locks in 45 min and called me once done. I paid over the phone and he promptly sent me a receipt. Friendly, professional, and super fast service! Thank you!

Jessie came out to assess the problem quickly and kept me posted of any issues. From the time I called to the time of completing the job, Jessie was professional and kept me in the loop. Will be using AJ Locksmith again. Thank you!
